First let me start by saying omg! This is soooo good! I love hot wings and I just don't want to eat them anymore. So I found an alternative.
1c water
1c flour
2tsp Any seasoning you like. I used Old Bay
1tsp of garlic powder
1 head of cauliflower
Any hot sauce you like
Preheat oven at 450.
Combine flour, seasoning and water together. Then add the cauliflower to the mixture. Add the cauliflower to a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Add hot sauce to the cauliflower then bake for another 5 minutes.
You will LOVE it! It's so good. I roasted a sweet potato and this was my "wings and fries" delish meatless Monday meal!
