Blackberry and Chia "Ice Cream"

Frozen bananas have now become my favorite. Seriously.
1. Chop 5 frozen bananas and put into the food processor.
2. Blend until smooth. About 3-4 minutes
3. Add blackberries. I used a carton. They were fresh not frozen.
4. Blend until your fine w the consistency.
5. Add chia seeds I used 3/4 cup
6. Freeze for at least an hour.

You will love it! As long as you use bananas for a base the combinations are endless. Enjoy!!!
