I've still been training. I've started to like running. Not in love yet but I will get there. I do feel guilty when I don't run.
I love to sweat. Only when I'm working out. Lol
My pace went from a 16 min mile to a 12 min! That's exciting for me. That's when I'm outside. When it's controlled on a treadmill it's slower I went from a 20 min mile to a 17 min. I'm ok w that. The point is to not get tired. I'm working on it.
