Sometimes you want comforting food. This day was one of those days.
I love broccoli rice and cheese. I try to stay away from rice. I used cauliflower instead. I used the ninja to chop everything up.
1 bunch of broccoli
1 head of cauliflower
Sauté w salt and pepper.
Cheese sauce
1c almond milk (plain)
6 tbs nutritional yeast
1 tbs of non butter
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
Salt/paper to taste
Put milk in a sauce pan and add the ingredients until smooth. Pour on the broccoli and cauliflower. Enjoy!
