Happy New Year!
I hope it was great for you. After Thanksgiving I slacked off in my diet. I ate bad. Not necessarily because of meat because I didn't eat a lot of that it's the french fries and bad carbs like that.
As cliche as this sounds I'm starting a work out regime and going vegan. I'm starting my eating right Jan 2nd and tonight I did legs and butt. I'm nauseous but my friend Mary said that's good because I worked hard. I feel proud.
Pokey is joining me tomorrow with working out. He said he was too full. This is what I did tonight for the booty.
The mini circle things kicked my ass! That's when I started sweating and shaking in my legs lol. Felt great! I did squats and leg lifts. I skipped cardio because I felt nauseous so I just showered.
