Angie went riding w us today!!!

Lunch was amazing. I've been drinking smoothies and eating raw for the most part. I just feel good when I do. I made a peanut butter sandwich w cinnamon. :) my smoothie Pokey made it. Apples spinach blueberries as strawberries. 
Angie went riding w us!!! We had fun. 
Dinner we went to Asian City. Everyone knows I'm not really a fan of Asian food. Womp. But Pokey wanted it. He ordered me curry veggies. I asked him to surprise me. 
Laying in bed. Tired. Good. Day.

Is your fridge a garden or a morgue?

Pokey and I love to grocery shop. It's what we do lol. I really love that he is cool w the fact that I'm not eating meat and don't care for it in the house. I feel it take up space and why do that when I can put veggies in its place!  First shelf: almond milk, black berries, cilantro, cherries, yogurt (his) apple sauce that my momma brought over for Angie's kids. I need to give that to her. And BEER!!! Bobby gave it to Pokey  Second shelf: Salad stuff. Spinach, spring mix, feta cheese, avocado and tomatoes  Third shelf: Green grapes, mushrooms and corn. HEB 5 for $1  Fourth shelf: Eggplant (Pokey's) red grapes, watermelon and cauliflower. Pickled jalapeño. Pokeys choice. Not mine "/   Vegetable drawer: Bell pepper, tomato, broccoli, cucumbers, poblano pepper and small red orange and yellow peppers  Counter: FRUIT!!! Bananas, pineapples, apples, pear, lemon and limes.  I LOVE COLOR!!!!

Open Faced Sandwich

This has been a busy good week.  Today was a good day a work. Came home. Went grocery shipping. Rode bikes w the kiddos. Yard work w Pokey. Busy day.  Dinner I had to keep it raw and simple. I toasted some wheat bread then spread hummus all over lol. One side I used half and avocado w old bay seasoning the other side I used spinach and a tomato. This hit the spot! Idk if I was craving strawberries but these were THE best strawberries I've had in a while. The grapes were fresh too. Dinner was great. Pokey is making himself salmon. We totally made our own dinners lol.
