I've really become a fan of the ninja lol. Kale, blackberries, blueberries and mango. His and hers lol. I'm a fan of smoothies and juicing.

Vegan Mostly: Hi world! I'm Regina. January 1,2013 my Husband and I started a juicing cleanse for 15 days. It was GREAT!! My taste buds changed and I really don't have an interest in meat or dairy. So crazy but so good. Since January I've been mostly vegan. I love it. I feel great. I've lost weight which is a plus and the thought of being healthy is amazing. I'm not perfect. I'm not strictly vegan. I TRY to be. For me it's not a "diet" it's a lifestyle change. I wanted a place where I can talk about my journey, share recipes and pictures. I love taking pictures.
