Salsa

I mean...who doesn't love salsa?

I do mine a couple of ways. Either roasting the veggies or boiling them. Depends on how I feel. Roasting won. Tomato and jalapeƱos go on the comal. Flipping occasionally. I put a poblano on an open flame to roast as well. You know the routine...scrape off the charred poblano skin. Tomato, jalapeƱos, onion, garlic, cilantro and lime juice go in a blender. Then enjoy!!!
