Napales

I love cactus. It's really good. Kinda has a tart taste to it. We walked into heb and the lady was cleaning them. I brought some home. Couldn't resist!!!

Napales, onion, tomato, jalapeño and garlic. How easy. I used olive oil to sauté the veggies then served. Super easy.
