Deep Sea Fishing

Ok so lets start of by me saying I DO NOT like to eat fish nor do I like to catch it. However...I am a fan of my husband. I love that man. When he asked if I'd want to go I said "sigh...ok" so...we went
See his smile? He was so happy. He didn't mention that 12 hr trip meant 4 hrs away 4 hrs to fish and 4 hrs back home. I feel asleep on my arm...my eyebrows kinda...sorta...came off "/ notice the goose bumps...it was freezing in the ac.
It's hard to eat good on a fishing boat. Everything was a burger. Cheese burger. Double meat cheese burger....
I got a BLT and chilli cheese Cheetos. Yup. I sure did. Ate it all too and prayed I didn't get sick lol.
The weather was beautiful. The water was so blue. It was pretty. He was in fishing heaven.
Vermillion
King fish
The other one
Shark
And a red snapper that he couldn't keep. Not in season yet.
Dexters boat. That's all from the shark.
They line all the fish up and they call your number and you collect.
So much fish
He was so proud.
We came home and he cleaned the fish.
I caught a sunburn
...and some extra freckles
Over all I can say it was a good trip.
After I showered I made a smoothie. I was starving.
It was a great day.

21 Day Sugar Detox

Monday after Super Bowl some friends and I started this detox. I was nervous, excited, anxious and scared. I didn't know what to expect. It went well.  I are a lot like this. No sugar meant no bread or processed foods. I lost 9lbs. It felt good. It did change my way of thinking about sweets. I don't crave them. I guess that was the point lol.  I'm glad it's over but I've been following the diet for the most part.
